An introduction to financial planning

Financial planning is a service where a qualified professional will work with you to develop and understanding of your lifestyle and finances. And with that information, they will map a likely range of future outcomes over a 10, 20 and 50 year period.

Then, both you and the planner will imagine and view how that future life will look and feel, today. If anything doesn’t look or feel right now, you still have time, if you plan, to change your future.

The Plan will likely involve a period of saving and a period of spending. It’s a very creative process and no two Plans are the same.

When you have a Plan that looks and feels right and encompasses the rest of your life, you’re are then free to live each day and to focus on the present.
